Brian Dominic

Brian is a native of the Lake Champlain and Northern Adirondack region and grew up on a small horse farm in New York. He joined the United States Air Force after high school to become a Jet Engine Technician and travel the world. After seven years of service, he returned to his family in the Adirondacks. Upon his return, Brian invested in commercial real estate. Along with being on the board of The Boothby Institute, Brian is a lakefront luxury specialist with Sotheby’s International Realty. In his spare time, Brian serves in the Vermont Air National Guard, with 15 years of honorable service.

Ross Girardi

Ross is the Founder and Managing Director of Conscious Management Consulting (CMC), a firm that brings creativity and higher consciousness to the practice of business to balance the needs of all stakeholders for their client organizations.

His background is in the Information Technology (IT) industry where he held senior management positions to include leading the 1200 person Encore II contract for Unisys Federal Systems.

Ross is also a painter and the founder of Prayers on Canvas where he explores his interest in the overlap between art and spirituality.

He has served on the Board of Directors for the Boothby Institute since April of 2012. Ross lives in Leesburg Virginia and enjoys long daily walks in the Loudoun countryside (when not at the beach).

Brenda is the founder of Pet Blessings in San Diego, CA.

Hammie Ward III

Hammie has been a huge contributor, mover and shaker all of his life. After a spectacular college basketball career, graduating from the University of Miami with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing and Related Support Services, he was a Harlem Globetrotter. He brought the same drive and enthusiasm to his students and teammates at Houston Works. Hammie and i met when he was a Team Leader at Houston Works, not long before his formal insurance career began in 2004. After completing the What Every Person Can Do conversation, he chose to lead by example in creating a successful career in insurance. He worked with Aflac for 10 plus years becoming a Regional Sales Manager in the process. For the past 5 plus years, he has been Owner and President of The ForWard Insurance Agency in Humble, TX.. He still manages make his family a priority and undertakes a considerable number of Community Service activities as well.
