Two days ago, there was an ice storm that covered the branches with about a quarter of an inch of pure ice. The temperature held below freezing for two days and the sun was out yesterday all day. Each branch acted like its own small prism and the reflections were magical. The hour and a quarter drive to meet with a dear friend and convener was like being in a pure magic land.
I wonder, if we were willing, if the forces of nature might lead us
to see the possibility for brilliance in all things, including people?
A very young participant in our “What One Person Can Do” conversation recently developed a truly spectacular “purpose-in-life” statement. It reminded me that we never know when or where the most important conversation in the world will take place.
I wonder what we can do to access much more effectively the brilliance contained in so many people who are sometimes very quiet?
