As I awake in the morning, the miracle of life through the process of breathing washes over me.





What can be created this day in the context of loving-kindness and opportunity?








Awake


On days when I experience the power of loving-kindness, the world seems beautiful, magical and complete.



I wonder why, when there are days that are full of strife and anguish, I forget that my job is to remember that brilliance and power?








Self-Care



A client I worked with for a couple of years, a few years ago and was doing really well, called yesterday saying that everything seemed to be going to heck in a hand basket. My first question, as usual, was, “how’s your self-care going?” I’ll bet even people who have never heard of self-care know the answer.



I wonder what it takes for us to realize we can’t give what we don’t have?
